wwe 2k14 rivalry manager help?

I have run into a problem. Whenever I make a rivalry on raw for example John cena vs kofi Kingston the title is on the line in the rivalry. However whenever I try to put the title on the line in a smackdown rivalry the rivalry is made but the title is not on the line. Can anyone help me?

The belt won't show up until the show is started. So if you make your SmackDown Rivalries on Monday, the title won't show up till Friday
