Looking for alot of help

Hey guys, I'm here because I have been hoping to be able to import Superstars from previous games into our newest games for years. I knew you could do it easily with the old LOWM game, but I was under the impression that was the only game it could be done with. Obviously, the way you guys do it here is a lot more complex, but I am very interested in finding out how I could do it for myself. I read around a little on the forum here, but I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. Sorry for being just another annoying noob, but the idea of importing the Attitude Era guys from '13 gets me extremely excited. It's really impressive to see the modified characters in this forum as well, something else I'd love to be able to add to my roster, but I own a PS3 and reading through a few topics here, it seems that the PS3 isn't as easy to deal with? Anyways, if someone could help me with just the importing of old models, I would really appreciate it!

The PS3 is just as easy to deal with as the XBOX360, the files are pretty much identical

And I have a 360. But I'm like the poster, completely new, and we just wanted to be pointed in the right direction.
