New and question on importing arenas/alt attires

I'm going through some tutorials and makes sense, but how do you put this back on the console?  I'm doing this all on the computer, so how do I replace it on the game?  There's no information on this.  Do you put it on a flash drive?

You just make it to a ISO file and burn it to a disc or flash drive and just replace it if I'm right.

I run the game off a flash drive. It's easier to change things that way. You don't need to rebuild the ISO image, as long as you can find the default.xex file you should be able to at least load the game.

Awesome!  So  what program do you use? xbox backup creator?  How big of a flash drive do I need?  Thanks.
