Xbox One doesn't support CD ripping, and MP3 Storage or playback. Basically it's the same thing but Xbox One said they will only support CD.

 After owning both PS3 & Xbox 360, I can tell you that Sony is the more gamer friendly company.  You don't have to be online all the time or have an expensive online account[Xbox Live, anyone? ] to enjoy the PS3.  It will be the same with Xbox One vs. PS4 because PS4 will be better with streaming, the online network, and not having the be constantly online.  I realize that Microsoft changed that to where Xbox One won't have to be online 24/7 but it will still be heavily reliant upon network connection.  I have always been a Sony guy and I will continue to be since Sony has proven themselves to be about games whereas Microsoft has proven themselves as the gaming company only out for more money.

If anything, XBOX Gold is a slap in the face. I'v gotten a shit ton of stuff from PS+ which I got nothing for YEARS with Gold.

At least you can get CC on PS3 for no charge and don't have to have a PSN membership for simple things like streaming and online play.  On Xbox 360 if you don't have Xbox gold membership, you cannot even stream or play online matches.  Sony haters can say all they want, but at least they aren't building the entire console around the premise of having to get a required online membership.  It is just a straight forward ripoff!
