Superstar Head causes problems with modded wrestlers?

After getting my first modded wrestler up and running, I decided to have some fun with the new Superstar Heads features. I have not modded any of the characters that I created alternate attires for in Superstar Heads but when I went to load the modded character, it went to a loading screen and nothing happened. It didn't crash, it just kept loading and loading. I'd had a similar issue earlier when I had my save file on the USB hard drive so I thought that might have been the problem, but I had also created an alternate attire using Superstar Heads on that save file as well. I don't know if this will happen with any created content such as CAWS, CAA, etc, but it would appear that at least for now, if you want to mod the game, no Superstar Heads for you. Has anyone else had similar issues?

After the same thing happened again after I'd not even touched Superstar Heads, I'm now fairly sure that this is not what was causing the problem. There was another file in the same folder as the save file (called something like 0000000000000). I deleted work and now everything seems to be working again.

I can now pretty much confirm that the problem is with the cache file. Delete that and everything should be fine until a new cache file is created.
