This is just the most basic of all options to do something like that.

 

3 Designs.

 

1.Design 131 in skin color (almost skin color )

2.Design 123 in hair color

3.Deisgn 123 in hair color

 

The D did something similar on Daniel Bryan last year.

 

BTW this should be done in a waaaaaaay more accurate way than I did
