Online Pass Accelerator Not Working?

I'm on ps3 and I have the bles version of the game pal region and I bought online pass and accelerator from psn store both are not working what should I do please help guys.

I do as well! Haha. I was very close to being in the same position as him when purchasing the accelerator myself, since I have never ”cheated” to get all the unlockables until this year. (I was too anxious and I had already bought the season pass so I thought I may as well) I stared at that screen like an idiot for 30 seconds at least wondering why the remaining four belts I had to unlock weren't unlocked...just as frustration set in, I was about to just turn my ps3 off and take a damn nap. Just that moment from the corner of my impatient eyes I saw in fairly easily noticeable print that pressing square unlocked everything. Yeah....almost embarrassing(;
