He's been wearing the long sleeved shirts for a good while before he wore the Sin Cara mask so I doubt that's the case, Plus a Hunico is better than no Hunico right? They knew he had the tattoos and they probably told him to cover them up before people would easily recognize them. Once his whole phase as Sin Cara is over don't be surprised if he starts wearing tank tops again. My opinion is that its better told hold off on making him so it has the tattoos instead of rushing out a long sleeved one and have to deal with remaking him once he begins showing the tattoos again. At least this way we have a Hunico. Then later on down the road if AJ decides he wants 2 go all out, all he needs 2 do is add the tattoos, and change his shirt/and or attire. I agree with Cheddar and NoMod, there's really no point in doing a long sleeved Hunico, as his run as Sin Cara is only supposed to be temporary until they call up someone from NXT, reportedly Kalisto.
