Here some decent refs of Ryan & Big Zeke. Ryan is quite tan.  Both of them have large traps & upper-body width. Remember to slim their ankles at bottom a bit.

The in-game Gabriel is perfect and the gear he wears is from when they were tag team, the bright green gear.
