If you guys really want something to be done about this, then you guys need to make yourselves heard at 2K's official forums.

Also, try calling into customer support. If they hear the same complaint discussed in their forums and through they're support number, then we may have a chance.

 

Did the same with Splinter Cell Blacklist. Made threads complaining about 'rage quitting' on their site, and called up their support number at least 4 times about the issue. Each time a case was made and sent for further evaluation.

 

I'm not sure if 2K will use a similar method for customer complaints/issues with their game, but it's the best way to go about it.

Just got off the phone with 2K, and they luckily do the same thing as Ubisoft.

When you call about an issue about the game, they will create a "open case/ticket", the rep. will type out your concern and send it to the higher-ups of 2K.

 

I just got done telling the rep. about the minitron issue we're having. Then he told me that someone else had called complaining about the logo's not being able to be stretched all the way in CAA.

 

So this is it guys! You want an actual patch? Call 2K, and make topics on their official 2Ksports forum!

Signed long ago and hope for a patch to come. Is it possible to add that minitrons are now missing when u set a video to play in story designer?
