Story Designer in WWE2K14

Okay so i said i'd post a video regarding tag teams in story designer (caw tag teams) they do come out together, BUT when i attempted to do Los Matadores vs my created team of my caw and curtis axel, for some reason it had The Los Matadores coming out separately and when Jai and Curtis Axel came out, they came out together and it said the team name was Los Matadores... i don't know if the bug is still there but i won't create the video until i do some more testing after I have my breakfast.  Just wanted to give you guys an update

 

EDIT: Here's a video i did don't know why the resolution is the way it is.. will figure that out later

Yeah and it's nowhere near as bad as the last 4 games combined lol alot of issues fixed

no matter what i try the entrances end up getting put in backwards 

for example jai and axel's theme is the old crash holly theme, fernando and diego end up coming out to that theme and the entrance i set to jai and axel for tag

and jai and axel end up coming out to the carlito/primo animation... FAIL

i did it in my wwe first and when that didn't work i tried in universe mode.  When i did it in universe mode exclusively they didn't come out as teams at all so it really seems like my wwe edit teams thing was added to fix the caw teams story designer problem i even tried doing axel and my caw first and los matadores last.. still got the same result they were getting each other teams entrance lol maybe cyber ocelot might be able to discover what i'm doing wrong lol

Oh yeah try cutting the entrances off and doing a match see if that works Jeff that was glitched sound wise in WWE 13

How often has game frozen overall so far on you? How many hours have you played also, if youve played it all day and didnt freeze thats good sign

I've played it constantly. I'm disabled so yeah I really don't have much else to do and it hasn't frozen on me once. Only issue I had was in beat the streak taker went to lock me in hells gate and I attempted to escape and got stuck in the hells gate animation though taker was walking around I just had to restart the match. So yeah I have t noticed any broken elements like that (creation suite aside of course as aj slim has already pointed out lol)

It really felt like the barclay center! LOL

Me and my brothers CAW fed uses Raw and Smackdown and NXT so not having Main Event there doesn't matter too much too me thankfully

 

I watched your tag entrance video again. To me, it looks broken still, last year some CAWs would enter together but the graphic and announcing would be wrong and the titantron gone

 

I'd need test it myself to be 100% tho but looks like that needs patched sadly

I kinda figured that out.  It seems that it does try to pull the entrances wrong what you have to do is in My WWE/Edit Teams you have to select Edit Entrance, it'll take you to the Edit entrance section which is totally separate from the universe entrances. I realized this cause Universe had the tons of funk entrance set as separate but i had that entrance set to too cool's animation in my wwe so in universe it kept having them come out separate. same for universe when you do a tag team that's set the same as outside of universe you have to select edit entrance from the universe mode menu if you don't going into "Creations>Entrance>Tag team will only have you customizing exhibition entrances.

reposting on this thread... having more problems in story designer when trying to select a caw for the commentary cutscene the game constantly freezes... UGH guess there goes my commentary presentation workaround for 2k14
