Removel Of Custom Titan-Tron's My Theory

Based on what everyone that has the game has said about the removal of
custom titon-trons and the fact that there are custom templates in create an entrance is that maybe in future games they are going a different route and adding more custom templates and maybe custom entrance video's within the create an entrance mode i n future tiltles, maybe something like what raw 2 had but only more advanced but with templates and maybe this will be expanded with full customization options within create an entrance starting in wwe 2k15 and beyond.

Keep in mind they also removed the highlight reel which may have something to do with the ability to create a custom titan tron which I think they could of done a custom tron where you can make logo's etc and not feature the caw which would have been better than what they did for wwe 2k14 but if what is being said about a few custom templates in create an entrance, than maybe perhaps this will be expanded in create an entrance mode in the future, maybe this is there way of telling us that they maybe redeveloping create an entrance even more in the future.

Also now that you can turn side trons, and mini trons, and trons on and off, and maybe this was done because, they have separate mini trons, and side trons, and they maybe still trying to find a way to incorporate trons, mini trons, and side trons together in create a tron in the future as well, seems like a real reasonable explanation to me.

Or they just got tired of people exploiting the enc. file and adding their own trons so they just removed it completely.

exactly.. that's all that was about it.  talked to a few playtesters and they were saying it was in back in may.. not sure though... maybe smacktalks could comment on that. I really don't get that logic since 2k is supposed to be so supportive of modding but then again no other 2k game has an online pass either but wwe2k does..

it really is a shame. to be honest, i was under the impression that nothing was removed at all. if anything, create a tron was one of the only features that didn't need improving as well as being one of the most used features at that.

How many custom templates do they have?

Well, I guess no highlight reel means no in-game version made tron for James Storm like I did with '12 and '13....

Crap!

If this is their viewpoint, then they've only got themselves to blame for using such a stupid method for creating the .enc files. They us BIK for everything else, yet decided to use frame by frame pictures for the custom titantrons... made no sense to begin with!

They shouldve left the highlight rell in the game so you can make the videos....This game may only have 1 play through and then move on, I wanted to play this till I get a new console....

So blame the hackers???

Blame Yuke/THQ/2k, hackers are gonna do what they're gonna do and until someone makes the perfect wrestling game there will always be hacking.

Offline hacks dont hurt anybody and can allow things that THQ/2k could never do (such as the use of copyrighted material that they dont have a license for)

Also this only really hurts the people with retail consoles, people with JTAG/RGH can still replace bik files to get custom trons.

So really 2k are only hurting their paying customers not the pirates/hackers.

Rooster, what was the name of the software that Brien used to join the main part of the titantron to the minitron? I have a Tron and a Minitron in the sizes required, but now i'm not sure what program to use to connect them
