So i take it BrienJ's titan tron creator and the other guys render creator works for 2K14 then.

I was wondering this myself. Are we able to use our custom '13 trons in 2k14 like were able to drop our '12 trons in '13? Has this been tested yet?

If you import a tron using that tool will you get banned on xbox live? Like say you get your USB, use the tool on PC, import a tron , then bring it back will you get banned on Xbox live?

Nobody's been banned for doing it as far as i know? Most of the time it's a personal use thing anyway..

I think I may be doing that this year. The NPC unlocker also doesnt need a Jtag xboxlive right?

Great work as usual tekken57.

That Hogan looks epic.

Hogan has 7 attires until now which I unlocked.

How many attires does Hollywood Hogan have?

Awesome to see work being started on this stuff already. I agree that a 2K14 modding section is necessary. I'm not sure if I have the power to create such a thing.

While I haven't tried the actual game yet (I'd like to save some excitement for when my copy gets here), I have been looking around at the files.

And I can confirm that models can be transfered from 2K14 back into '13. Like I said, I haven't played 2K14 yet, so I can't say if the same goes for models from '13 working in 2K14, but it definitely gives me hope that they will.

That's brilliant news Edge, I'm now intrigued if WWE'12 models can work with 2K14

While I would love if they could, and I haven't tried anything out myself, I wouldn't expect it. They couldn't even be imported into '13 properly. Despite the compression methods, the PACs from '13 and 2K14 seem much more similar which would explain why the 2K14 ones work in '13. We'll have to see.

Eventho I dont have a JTAG, I really respect what you guys do and LOVE 2 see your mods year after year. You gentleman are simply AMAZING!

Alright took a nap and well rested now. For all you guys itching to start modding, here's a quick fix which should allow you to open the pac files using xpacker 8.2:

- Open your pac file in a hex editor.

- Change the header from EPAC  to EPK8

- Open in x-packer as normal

- You're welcome :)

Looking at the save file again. File is zlib compressed. The wrestler info seems to contain all the info from the previous game but no names. Either it's compressed or the information is stored somewhere else. All my attempts to decompress have failed.

Anyone else have any other ideas around this?

thanks again Tekk, needed that.

you think arenas we modded in wwe 13 (WCW)will drop in like last year?

Some things needs to be tested. I believe that '12 and '13 arenas are working here, the same for '13 models and '12 ones if we are able to fix the lightmap and bumpmapping problem.

Im impressed tekken you figured it out to open them i thank you.

Call me the biggest noob but how do I change the header to EPK8? I'm so sick of seeing Hogan's blonde eyebrows.

Im gonna give it ago later to extract the textures and see if it works. I replaced cm punk with a updated version look the wolverine look, somebody made so wwe 13 mods work without

Any crashes or bugs in the face im surprized.

Hopefully the pt importer will work im gonna try it later also so i can import some stuff into the game.

I don't think the PT importer on it's own will work. It required a modified XEX.

It was fine last year right though? (Apart from installing the Title Updates onto it)

I honestly can't remember anymore.

Did it require a patched XEX or not?

I remember it needing it, I could be wrong.

Has anyone given  it a shot yet?
