Was that way with the Punk alternate attire and Steve Austin attire/entrance last year, aswell as the Rock for 12. It does suck indeed. Actually last year the pre-order bonus was released alongside the third pack (100% sure about that) I thought it was like thar this time aswell...

Odd, I got my Punk attire for free with Fan Axxess. Might be different in Belgium then, as we do have our own T&A with XBox because of different laws on that.

i remember that in the ps3 we have to pay although we have the fan axcess for tyson and punk attire and austin  entrance

I know for certain in Belgium (or at least Flanders), game content that was offered for free needs to become available for free afterwards, they can't charge for free content afterwards. Might've changed this year, I dunno.
