I think any crowd shirts we have seen (for example, Bossman) may be unlockable wrestlers (afterall they only revealed the 30YWM and Superstar rosters - they didn't say it was all legends). I think there were other crowd shirts too? --- Duggan, Piper (who we now know is in Superstar Heads), Rude (who we now know is DLC). Were there others? And still, where's LOD? Tell me, how long were NWO shirts seen in the crowd in WWE Games, but no NWO guys made it in until this year? How long have we seen HOT ROD shirts with no Piper? It doesn't mean a thing. They are names that 2K are able to use and are appropriate names for the period in WM history those shirts represent. It's as simple as that. The roster has 100% been confirmed. If you wan't to believe that with less than two weeks to go and with all the DLC revealed they're just going to say.. "oh and by the way, here's a ton of other characters that are included that we didn't feel needed an appropriate reveal", then keep on believing.
