Right, so as you guys probably know I love pokemon.

However, I also love digimon too.

So I'm gonna put an end to this.

Digimon did not copy pokemon.

Nor did pokemon copy digimon.

They both have similarities, and differences.

Pokemon: Games Started:1996

Digimon:Games Started:Early 2000s.

Pokemon:Trading Card Games Started:1998

Digimon:TCG Started:1997

Pokemon Anime:1997

Digimon Anime:1999

Digimon:Creatures inside technological devices, being stopped by other creatures ran by kids. Anime is much more serious and mature in japan.

Pokemon:Creatures in a fictional world, kept in balls, attempting to win battle and become the champion. Anime is very controversial for sexual content in japan.

Basically, both are EXTREMELY good anime/game franchises, that both deserve recognition. Anyone is allowed an opinion on either franchise, but you can't say that one copied the other.
