Or do I need a JTAG/RGH console? Thank you.

BTW I apologize if this is in the wrong section of the forum, if so please tell me and I'll repost. Thank you. :)

You might be able to inject your edited files over the existing ones in an ISO with something like XBox Backup Creater.

Never tried it myself since I only use JTAG rips, but it might be worth a try for you

Short answer no. You can inject wrestler pac files over the one's on the disc as long as they are smaller using xbc. However you need to edit the arc entries as alt attires won't work. Plus different filesizes causes the game to freeze.

Jtag is the only way to properly mod the game.
