Seeing as last year it was just an option to customize the colors of in game chmpionships. This year it's part of the Creation Suite with the abilty to fully customize belts. My guess is it will be although they didnt mention it. Everything in the creation Suite is uploadable. Im going to make the Shimmer Championship belts...finally.

Lol no they wouldn't be connectable. Basically you could do wcw on one and wwf or whTever on another and not sacrifice slots
