Smacktalks Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yRy3Q9eMVgc You can check out the brand new features included in WWE 2K14's Creation Suite embedded above! 2K Sports today revealed the first look at WWE 2K14's Creation Suite that has been updated to now include new features such as Superstar Heads. Superstar Heads This year when you first load up Create-A-Superstar you'll be given three choices to start out with, Superstar, Diva or WWE Superstar. If you choose the WWE Superstar option you will have the ability to import one of 14 available WWE Superstar models into the mode which you can then customise and create your very own attire. The available WWE Superstar models are: Chris Jericho CM Punk Daniel Bryan Edge John Cena Kane Paul Heyman Randy orton Roddy Piper Shawn Michaels Stone Cold The Rock Triple H The Undertaker If you don't want to create a fully custom attire, once you've chosen your selection you'll have various templates at your disposal which feature some well known preset attires for your chosen star that can be fully edited. Alternately, if you choose to create a brand new attire from scratch, a whole host of new WWE Superstar parts have been added to Create-A-Superstar this year to use. This new feature comes with a lot of potential, as it gives creators of all skill levels a level playing field to create new updated attires for some of WWE's biggest Superstars, meaning if Daniel Bryan debuts a new pair of trunks, now you can update them in the game using the in-game model instead of spending hours to fully recreate him in the mode. There is one drawback to the mode however, as players will be unable to customise the face of their chosen Superstar, but everything else such as the attire, morphing, ring announcer name and social media callout are all available to edit. Additionally, players will have the option to save any attires they create as an alternate attire for the in-game model which will then be selectable on the selection screen and in Universe Mode. If you dont want to save your updated Superstar as an alternate attire, you also have the ability to save it as a new model in the same way you would save any Created Superstar, with 2K boosting the available save slots from 50 to ONE HUNDRED this year! Superstar Threads Superstar Threads is also back this year which allows players to customise the attire colours of any Superstar or Diva on the roster. A new update to this mode sees the ability to also customise the colours of entrance attires, which you can switch between using the bumper buttons. Custom Championship Another feature that made it's debut last year and is back with improvements is the Custom Championship option. This year players will have all of the options available last year, such as choosing a preset design and then customising the colouring, but now with the added bonus of being able to add logos, designs and even custom paint tool data to belts after choosing a preset design. Also added are a whole host of new championship style engraving designs to help you create a realistic looking championship belt. After you've finished creating the design of your championship you'll be able to select a name for it, then choose a ring announcer name using up to 6 seelctable audio clips, whether it's a Single or Tag Team championship and if it's for Superstars, Divas or Cruiserweights. Once completed you'll then be able to use your newly created championship in Exhibition, Universe Mode, or even the new Goldrush Tournament. Following the news that WWE 2K14 will not feature customised WWE Championships for the likes of John Cena, Daniel Bryan or Randy Orton, these new updates to the Custom Championship mode mean players can now select the preset WWE Championship design and begin creating their own unique versions of the title, such as a customised Daniel Bryan belt with Yes! and No! sideplates. Create-An-Arena Create-an Arena mode has also been updated this year and now features nine selectable arena sizes which include some of the outdoor football arenas seen in the 30 Years of WrestleMania mode, all the way to more scalled down small venues. There's also a set of new preset stage designs included this year, with new parts available and even the ability to add vintage screen effects for classic arenas just like in the 30 Years of WrestleMania mode. Other Create Modes If your favourite create mode sint mentioned above, dont worry, as all of the create modes from last year will be returning with brand new updates, some of which 2K will be revealing on tongihts livestream on Twitch.tv/2K at 1PM PT / 8PM BST. Reaction? Let us know what you think about this years new features in the comments below, what's your favourite new addition? Superstar Heads? The increased 100 Creation Slots? Custom Championship Mode? Theres so many good additions to choose! Source: Smacktalks.org Quote

mrblacksheep Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 100 caws Slots and and updated championship editor?! That is awesome news. I never like to get my hopes up but today just solidified my hype for this game. Oct 29th cant come soon enough. I will be cawing out of my a** this fall. Quote
Beardy Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 Nice additions. I'm a bit bummed that one, there's only a limited amount of heads we can use, and two, you can't change any feature with the heads, like hair, facial hair, etc. But there's always next year, it's an awesome addition, especially knowing now you get that superstar's body as well, at least that's what I'm getting at, it's going to save people a lot of time. Also, it's about damn time we get 100 CAW slots! This is something that should've come years ago imo, but hey, I can't complain, it's in now. Looking forward to the livestream later today, can't wait to see all of this, plus Create An Arena! Quote
Smk™ Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 thats amazing 100 caw slots ! cant wait for that game Quote
OverTheEdge Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 I'll say the same thing I said everywhere else. I'm hype as fuck over the Superstar Heads feature. I'm thrilled that we can save them as actual alternate attires and they don't have to be duplicate CAWs like we had to do in the first two SmackDown! games. Obviously, the fact that we can only select from a few guys sucks, as there goes my hopes of a suited McIntyre and solo attires for the Shield would have been awesome too. At the same time, it's a brand new feature, so I can very, very easily understand why that's the case. Quote

TheYoungLiar Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 Really happy for all the features. Very happy to see Roddy Piper in there. Surprised that there aren't more heads, but who knows, there will probably be more heads released as DLC. I'm also surprised with some of the heads they chose. Some of them don't really seem to be characters with many attires, and some of them are characters that change their hair/facial hair a lot. Quote
benkilltwodlc Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 im pretty sure that if RVD is in the game as DLC they will put his head in this addition . the man have so man attires !!!! and I cant wait to create DX attires for HHH and HBK. i just hope we can choose short hair or long hair for HHH taker and punk Quote
the King Lives Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 More in depth article talking about create an entrance as well http://www.videogamer.com/news/wwe_2k14_customisation_whats_new_in_the_creation_suite_2.html 2K announces numerous new additions and changes for WWE 2K14's customisation modes. By Simon Miller (@simonmiller316) On 7th Oct, 2013 at 1:01pm Alongside its ever changing single-player offering (this year's focusing on 30 Years of Wrestlemania), WWE's Creation Suite has become its major selling point. Here's everything we know so far about what's new in 2K14: Create-A-Superstar WWE Superstars can now be used as a template when entering Create-A-Superstar. However, only select members of the roster can be used. CM Punk, John Cena, Daniel Bryan and 'Legends' versions of The Undertaker, HBK, 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin and The Rock are the first announced batch. Every aspect can be edited aside from the Superstars' facial features, including custom logos on attire. For example, should you choose to do so, there will be the option to make CM Punk 7 feet tall with really long arms... You can choose to make these models as a Superstar's alternative attire so it comes with you across all game modes. Your created version of a Superstar can also be used as a standard CAS. There are now 100 CAS slots as opposed to WWE 13's 50. A host of new parts have been added to allow for more creations. There are more in WWE 2K14 than ever before. You can now add a social media account for created Superstars, which will be referenced during entrances and in-game. Superstar Threads For the first time ever, entrance attires can now be customised within Superstar Threads. More attires have also been added. Create-An-Arena New designs and venue types have been added. These also include what can be found in WWE 2K14's '30 Years of WrestleMania' mode, including outdoor stadiums etc. There are 19 different venue types to choose from. Vintage effects - as seen in matches such as the Ultimate Warrior vs Hulk Hogan from WM VI - can be applied. Create-A-Championship It's now possible to both customise (as in WWE 13) and create championships. There are a number of custom templates and multiple logos (front or side of the belt) that can be added. Custom logos are also supported. You can give the championship a name, a ring announcement name, and tie 6 unique audio clips to it for when your belt is being commentated on. A male singles, diva, tag team or cruiserweight belt can be created. Your created belt can be exported for use in Universe, exhibition, or the new Gold Rush mode. Create-An-Entrance New motions, music, and videos have been added. It's now possible to cast the positions of tag team and 3 man tag entrance motions. All previous suites - story designer, create-a-finisher and custom logos - also return, with more "in-depth" features. VideoGamer.com will have more soon. Quote
