360Haven Help

So here's my story:

I'm a CAWer who has been dabbling in certain things, modding on both BrienJ's CAW Editor and PUR3's Mod Tool, BOTH Requiring a 360Haven log in. Okay well I didn't log in for 30 Days so I had to go into Retanus or whatever they call Second Chance thus not being able to use BrienJ's Tool anymore which I needed. So I tried to contact 360Haven's "webmaster" telling them I don't know if there's something I could do to not have the Retanus title anymore....with no reply in 6 weeks. So Not knowing it was apparently prohibited or absurd to create another account, because other people do it, I did to log on to BrienJ's Program and mod what I need to, but I also posted a few topics just to make sure I wasn't inactive anymore. The next day there was a topic in the Website Help Section saying that I was using to accounts with Shame on you! at the end of it, which I assumed it was a joke so I "Thanked" 360Haven for the post, because I never tried to hide I had 2 Accounts. Now I'm banned, can't use any programs and can't access 360Haven to try and clear this up with someone that works there.

What am I to do...now?

Any Help is appreciated as none of my CAWs can get done now...what I really hope to accomplish is to at least get in touch with 360Haven so they can either just tell me there's nothing to do or so we can reach some kind of agreement as:

I take it you did'nt read the forum rules for 360haven? if you have been banned it's because you broke the rules by making a 2nd account... Theres not much you can do to be honest other than appeal to the moderators and see if they can unban you..
