Chris2000 Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 So many people are missing from the roster or have been cut, http://smacktalks.org/forums/index.php/topic/44059-official-missing-from-wwe-2k14-list/ With that said I was wondering to all modders out their, is their a way that these models could be imported or duplicated onto the new game from WWE 12 and WWE 13 The roster disappointed me personally, I am no modder so I am not sure if this is do-able but it's what we need Quote
Zark Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 "So many people are missing from the roster or have been cut" We still have the DLC to come, don't worry about that until they show us DLC. Quote
Miztah Raza Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 Yes, but you'd need a JTAG to do it. Quote
bugsyboy Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 I just hope we wont have the same shiny problem as we had importing wwe12 models to wwe13 but im gonna try as soon as i get the game. It would be nice to import mods we did last year Quote
Chris2000 Posted September 24, 2013 Author Posted September 24, 2013 Yes, but you'd need a JTAG to do it. Yeah but doesnt that method overwrite people rather than add people in? Quote

UndertakerWLF Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 If you have a jtagged Xbox360 or a PS3 CFW you an either replace an existing model or add as DLC.. Quote
the King Lives Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 Short answer noYes they can. Well I said short answer no bc not everyone has a jtagged Xbox. So wasn't sure if the op meant JTAG consoles or retail Quote

Will that wipe DLC off tho or does it add models without having to overwrite anything? I will have to look into a jtagged xbox360 for sure, is what what you have Quote
UndertakerWLF Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 You would just create an additional set of DLC, it will not overwite anything I'm in the process of trying to get DLC sorted.... Quote

How far are you along, what DLC pack will you make to add on to WWE2K14? The only thing worrying me about a JTAG is fact XboxLive, I dont play Xbox Live but I do download community creations so you know how it goes Maybe someone could make like a new disc or something with all the mods on it and new DLC so it is playable without a JTAG, I dunno, it is all over my head haha, just thinking of ideas I am looking into modding cos I am unhappy with the WW2K14 Divas roster (also some the Legend matches I wanted were omitted) What matches did you want in Mania mode? Quote
tekken57 Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 Not possible to write the mods to a disc. Adding as dlc is the best option, overwriting existing models always causes problems with the single player modes. I'm just hoping that they haven't chnged the model format making wwe 13 models incompatible. Now if only someone could figure out how to add as dlc Quote

tekken57 Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 (edited) Has what been done before, changing model formats? If so, then yes, the model format changed in wwe 12 making all older models incompatible. Yes, I do have a jtag and have done a few mods here and there Edited September 25, 2013 by tekken57 Quote

UndertakerWLF Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 The only 2 people I know who have added additional DLC are Brienj for the 360 and Mozzer0 for the PS3. Quote
