WWE '13 Texture Help (PS3)

Hey guys, I have a question about WWE '13. Some guy put textures on the Community Creations for PS3 for Matt Hardy, I downloaded them so I can make a good Matt Hardy, but when I go to put them on, the texture is blank, just a white box that is completely clear (as if I'm not putting anything on) This happens with all textures and I wanted to know how I can fix this issue.

Go to create a paint tool mode and re-save the texture, it should work now.

So take the texutre and put it in a different paint tool slot or just go to the paint tool slot with the texture and save?

Thank you very much, it worked and, since I decided not to make Matt Hardy, I put the textures on my OC.
