Anyway to answer your question, Rad Tools can convert files to blk and my favorite other than sony vegas is Any Video Converter which converts to almost everything including audio files. I can show you how to get the ENC File itself into the game. But other then that, nobody can really help you bro. Its kinda like the same concept with Jtags. If your trying to modd in game characters on a retail. It wont work. Its impossible. Retail hacks are easy, but to be honest, if you plan to use a bik file for a retail. Just...no.. lmfao.
