Anyway to answer your question, Rad Tools can convert files to blk and my favorite other than sony vegas is Any Video Converter which converts to almost everything including audio files. Miztah Raza Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 Open it in brienj's CAW Editor, there's a ENC to AVI function in there. Other than that, there's no other tool in this world that supports ENC files. So, good luck if you can't use the Editor. Quote

The Leader Posted October 8, 2013 Author Posted October 8, 2013 I don't have any enc files... i uninstalled all netframe work versions and installed it again but the same problem happened i downloaded enc titantrons from here i found it here http://smacktalks.org/forums/index.php/topic/43608-wwe-titantron-tutorial-easiest-way/ i want to convert that titantrons to my wii so it must be bik u can download the enc titantrons and try if it work on " WWE Games CAW Editor " or not i know that's hard and i expect u won't reply but i won't have wwe 2k14 because i don't have ps3 or xbox 360, so i want to feel i'm playing wwe 2k14 with new titantrons and textures so please please do that for me and i will be very pleased for what u did thanks at all Quote

I can show you how to get the ENC File itself into the game. But other then that, nobody can really help you bro. Its kinda like the same concept with Jtags. If your trying to modd in game characters on a retail. It wont work. Its impossible. Retail hacks are easy, but to be honest, if you plan to use a bik file for a retail. Just...no.. lmfao.
