BrotchMrToast Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 (edited) Everyday outfit would be? Totally depends on the weather...here in England it's T-shirt and shorts one day then the next you're back wearing a jumpers and coats...sure you can relate to this being Irish and all lol. If you're meaning brand specific...I have 5 pairs of trainers all K-Swiss and the majority of my jeans and T-shirts are either Diesel or Ted Baker. Fridays are the exception...that's when i dress as Batman...I am Batman. Is there any advice you could give someone who makes CAW's? Just be patient and don't expect to get everything right first time. Try different things...look at other peoples creations and see if they can help give you some inspiration. The caw'ing community seems much more open to sharing info and 'secrets' than it used to be not long ago so asking people for advise and tips can often help guide you in the right direction. I also notice you're German...judging by the amount of great caw makers from that part of the world you will no doubt be awesome in next to no time You better refer to me in the last part Edited September 29, 2013 by BrotchMrToast Quote
AjSim Posted September 29, 2013 Author Posted September 29, 2013 How do you make caws that are similar or exact to their real life counterpart. I've tried myself but can't seem to get the morphing right, not at all and i give up and follow formulas instead. To be 100% honest morphing is not my strongest point...from what i gather having a cap card helps a lot here and lots of refs, if not pictures try finding some HD clips as that will also help with the side profile and help you gain a better understanding of their bone/facial structure. What is a cap card? A device that allows you to capture screenshots and videos from your gaming console to your monitor...have a look on amazon or play.com...even ebay Quote

Big Pete® Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 "pan of manc" LOL! love a good bowl of it... ha! Quote

My first ever gaming 'machine' was a Spectrum ZX, shortly followed by the mighty Commodore 64, kinda miss the days of being able to have a full meal AND a brew whilst waiting for a game to load What about yourself? AjSim Posted September 29, 2013 Author Posted September 29, 2013 your fave theme song of a wrestler? which wrestler has the most badass entrance? your fave caw for wwe 13 that the nco DID NOT make? Don't know if you mean current or all time for the first 2 so gonna go with all time... Theme song I'm gonna go with Bret Hart...loved the guitar rifts and gave me goosebumps when i was younger lol. Entrance...has to be Mr 316, he defined badass back in the day...takers at WM are also right up there. Toughie...Archer did some great stuff, Flair being a standout and also loved Wolfies take on Angle. Quote
AjSim Posted September 29, 2013 Author Posted September 29, 2013 Used to love Chewits but haven't had any since the 90's...I'll remain loyal and 'believe' they still taste just as good lol. Quote
Big Pete® Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 oh they do pot noodle or supernoodles? Quote
AjSim Posted September 29, 2013 Author Posted September 29, 2013 oh they do pot noodle or supernoodles? Supernoodles all day long...sure pot noodles are easier but allow me to use a Hollowayism to further explain - Think about which girls were/are easier to pull on a night out and which ones would leave you wanting more...sometimes the better things in life are worth that little extra effort, and waiting for Quote
Big Pete® Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 nah their like gloop haa, chicken n mushroom pot noodles with bare juice in it is the easiest sket in the joint haha! tyson or ali? Quote
AjSim Posted September 29, 2013 Author Posted September 29, 2013 nah their like gloop haa, chicken n mushroom pot noodles with bare juice in it is the easiest sket in the joint haha! tyson or ali? Not even close to a contest for me...Ali, he was way ahead of his time and seemed like a genuinely decent guy too. Tyson in his early days was an absolute beast but then the wheels fell off and partly down to himself but mainly down to those around him, he never recovered and i personally wouldn't even rank him in the top 10 pound for pound of all time. Big Pete® Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 fair do's! big lennox destroyed his head when he was goosed lol Quote
AjSim Posted September 30, 2013 Author Posted September 30, 2013 Fav Drink Redbull and vodka or redbull and southern comfort...if you meant alcoholic, if ya didn't then i don't really have one lol. Quote
Miz_fit Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 How did you find out you were so good at creating caws Quote
AjSim Posted October 1, 2013 Author Posted October 1, 2013 How did you find out you were so good at creating caws First of all thank you for the compliment. I guess the best way I can put it is like anything in life, the more you practice the better you get at it. You need to have a decent amount of time to put aside for it and have plenty of patience. My preference by far is working with other people...it splits the work, is a lot of fun and by and large results in caw's that are much better than anything i could achieve alone. Quote
Miz_fit Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 Do you think your creations are 100 percent accurate or do you think they could be improved? Quote
Big Pete® Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 (edited) I know its "Ask Aj" but... NO creation is 100% accurate, allways room for improvement... even IGM's lol. Edited October 2, 2013 by Big Pete™ Quote
AjSim Posted October 2, 2013 Author Posted October 2, 2013 Do you think your creations are 100 percent accurate or do you think they could be improved? I know its "Ask Aj" but... NO creation is 100% accurate, allways room for improvement... even IGM's lol. Pete nailed it here...personally I think you can get caws to a level where you're happy with how they stand up against IGM's. But then as has been the case with a lot of caws i've been involved with I/we get the itch to revisit them and give them an upgrade so to speak. If i was to be 100% fussy and refuse to release any textures to any of our guys until i was 100% happy then I honestly believe I'd have a hand in maybe 3-4 caws per year at the most. All about balancing quality AND quantity IMO Quote
