Ring Announce Issue

Hey guys, my WWE13 game recently started leaving out the name of the superstar during ring announcement. For example it will say "WWE Champion..." and then nothing. Or it will say "The world's strongest man..." and nothing. If anyone knows if this is a common problem or how to fix it please let me know. I have a Ps3 if that helps? It's kind of a pain with the build up towards a name and then nothing comes out... the superstar just carries on walking to the ring unannounced. Like Justin Roberts has forgotten their name or something lol.

I think this error is common cause it happened to me with Chris Jericho and Christian, then i clicked the off button of my console and take the disk and put alcohol and wash it with a paper and tadaaaaaaa itr worked perfectly
