Friends just seem to drift apart, I've never really been one for best friends as I like to treat everyone the same way they treat me but I have had a different person that I speak most to through every stage of my life. I had some amazing people that I used to always talk to in School but obviously we went down different paths in our lives and pretty much lost contact. I just try and look at people as acquaintances now because you never know when they are going to exit your life. Quote

I also realized I kinda have trust issues these days because it seems once I get close to someone, they're gone. For the reasons I stated in my OP. Mostly because they move, that's the most common example. I am okay with it though. Just kind of gets annoying. Quote

Not that I am more mature, but I've grown since I graduated from High School. A lot actually. But yeah. My first best friend and I grew apart after I was home schooled. My second best friend(Also the longest one I've had) moved away in '07. My two best friends after that moved away. One to Australia, the other to another city. He moved back recently, but he still does the same shit he did like 8 years ago. So I don't have fun chilling with him. Plus my brother moved out recently. Only person I truly enjoyed chilling with recently tbh. Can't wait to start College, lmfao. Here are 5 tips for college bro: 1.) Get friendly with your professor(s), if you don't they can and will break you (meaning you'll fail). Yes that means kissing ass even if you hate their guts, but grades > all else... 2.) Go clubbing on Thursdays when you can. Reason being, you get the pie easy. Pie = Stress Reliever...... Also the reason i know this, almost every club in the country has parties for college students on Thursdays. 3.) DO NOT BUY YOUR BOOKS ON CAMPUS!!!! They are expensive as fuck... You can get them cheaper online, so order them earl and on time before they are out and you have no choice but to spend 200 bucks... 4.) Get real cool with your roommate.... They can and will be a lifesaver, trust me when i say this. Connections are important in school. 5.) Always apply for scholarships before and during college. Each semester scholarships open up. Apply for them, it is free money..... Enjoy your time in school ^_^.... Thanks man. Quote

I moved schools my senior year of HS. So I lost most, if not all my good friends. Not my best friends, but the people I regularly chilled with. My fault I switched though. I was mouthing off to teachers, my grades were slipping and all I cared about was making people laugh. Which I did, a lot, but that's not the point. Most thought I ditched them. Quote
