buddyboy101 Posted August 23, 2013 Posted August 23, 2013 Honestly I'm shocked these matches aren't in. Jake/Taker was a pretty awesome match and marks the second win of the Undertaker's streak. Jake was recently in WWE All Stars and was also in Smackdown 2011. It boggles my mind that he didn't make it into the 30 Years mode. Similarly, where's Perfect/Bossman from Wrestlemania VII?! These two guys were hot as hell and were recently featured in LOWM and All Stars. In fact, LOWM featured this match as part of its career mode. I'd love to see these guys and their matches in. Hopefully they'll be included as DLC. Same goes for the Road Warriors...probably the greatest tag team of all time. I'm really not sure how they can include John Studd and King Kong Bundy, but not Jake, Perfect, or the Legion of Doom... Quote

Aero Posted August 23, 2013 Posted August 23, 2013 to make a success of DLC, they HAVE to keep some good characters off the game. if every Legend we wanted was in the game, the DLC would be so crap that nobody would want to buy it. that said, personally i feel Mr. Perfect should have been on the game from the get go ahead of a few others, but if he is DLC, he will be bought. As for the topic, I personally don't really care for Jake not being included (even thou I like him and I would wanna replay his WM match vs Taker, but I'll do it with a CAW then) but I would be really pissed off if Mr. Perfect is not included, btw if he's DLC, I think he should be in the same DLC pack like his son is, so we would get a "Perfect" DLC pack Quote

I would like to see the likes of Adam Bomb (WM10), Giant Gonzalez (WM9), Crush (WM9) and Tatanka (WM9) n the game but it's not going to happen. For 2K games first outing in this franchise they have exceeded the roster talent beyond my expectations and more. If further legends are added via DLC then that's a bonus for me as I'm perfectly happy with the roster thus far. Quote

John Studd won the first Royal Rumble. A sign of how highly he was rated back then. I personally agree that Id rather have those two on tge game though but the others are in since they were big in the old days. Quote

Exactly. Factor in that a pack featuring Perfect and Axel makes perfect sense--no pun intended--and it's not too hard to see why he wouldn't make the main roster. Quote

Sorry 'bout that! Point was that they have been putting in the A-crowd of each era and as much as I love Mr. Perfect he was sadly never really pushed to that level in the WWF. Mr. Perfect vs Bret Hart... Damn what matches they were. Mr. Perfect is in my view the greatest intercontinental champion of all time and he definitely deserved a shot similar to the ones given to Bret and Michaels but he was a bit too early (peaked in the steroid days).
