Another Update: Used All Your Guys Idea's/Suggestions On Michelle McCool And This Is What I Got :D2

Yeah like Auday said, looks pretty default.

Just looks like you made a new layer and coloured some parts black, some parts white then set the opacify to a low value on that layer.

when you use the burn tool, try different burn tones to get rid of the shadow looking effect on her stomach also lighten up her eyes
