Issues with some Caws - what can I do?

Hello,

my problem is the following:

When I want to inject e.g. the AJ .cas-file, the game keeps saying that the cas-files are defect! It doesn't matter if I use BrienJ's or Pur3Rafex's editor, but many other Caws work without any problems! After trying to convert a PS3 Caw and to inject it, the game keeps bitching and moaning as well!

I'll give you the link to the AJ Caw later on or tomorrow!

But does anyone have a solution right now?

I am having the same issue. However, since you used pur3 tool and brienjs, pur3 will tell you he won't help you at all. My suggestion, which is what I'll be doing, send brienj a pm with your issue and see if he can help.

If the CAS file is defective, it's the CAS file surely? If you've got other ones working fine, then the file you're using must be corrupt some how.

Well see my issue is I downloaded the current roster ps3 safe from here, converted them with brienjs tool and everything and I noticed that once I did that the file size changed radically. Well some of the caws had caf so I injected them into my save as well. I was able to confirm they are all attached to my save through another tool but when I try to load the save I get the message that the superstar data is missing or incomplete

Some of the caws had created finishers as well. will those be converted with the caw if I use pur3?
