(Video) King Kong Bundy Unofficially Confirmed + Details On His Match

David Herro, the founder of @BlizzardBrawl recently spoke with King Kong Bundy and was able to confirm Bundy's presence in WWE 2K14. Herro tweeted:

Bundy is a name that was heavily rumored for the game after his inclusion in Legends of Wrestlemania, as he was featured in the Relive, Rewrite or Redefine mode, meaning 2K Sports already have his model in place and could import it into WWE 2K14.

In terms of which matches we'll see Bundy appear in during this year's 30 Years Of WrestleMania mode, Bundy has taken place in 4 WrestleMania matches, they are:

WrestleMania I:

At WrestleMania I Bundy took on Special Delivery Jones in a match he won in 9 seconds, the shortest WrestleMania match up until 2008 when Kane defeated Chavo Guerrero in just 8 seconds.

Due to the fact that this match lasted just 9 seconds I cant see it being included in the game, as it would mean including S.D. Jones in the roster for a 9 second match, as this was his only WrestleMania appearance.

WrestleMania II:

Bundy's second appearance came at WrestleMania II where he lost in the main event to Hulk Hogan in a WWF Championship Cage Match, so this is one match fans can expect to see in WWE 2K14.

This match was also the very first match in Legends of WrestleMania's WrestleMania Tour Mode. In the mode, fans were given a set list of objectives to recreate in order to clear the match, which is the same way we'll see this play out in 2K14.

WrestleMania III:

Bundy made his third appearance at WrestleMania III in a 6-man tag team match alongside Little Tokyo and Lord Littlebrook against Hillbilly Jim, the Haiti Kid and Little Beaver, however this is another match that I don't see being included in the game due to the lesser known competitors.

WrestleMania XI:

Bundy's final WrestleMania appearance came at WrestleMania XI and is a match I see being a definite choice for the 30 Years of WrestleMania mode, as Bundy was defeated by The Undertaker and became the 4th person to fall victim to the streak.

As with Bundy's first match at WrestleMania I, this too was included in the main game mode of Legends of WrestleMania, however players could choose to play as The Undertaker or King Kong Bundy to redfine the match and choose who came out successful.
