Introduction & Question about submitting creations

Hi everyone, I'm Vick i'm new to the forum, i'd just like to introduce myself, and I also had a question about creation submissions.

I Submitted a caw of Jeff Hardy which i'm really proud of, I submitted it on Saturday and it still hasn't showed up, so My question is how long does it usually take to find out if your creation submission was accepted or declined, do you even get a message letting you know? Thanks to all that respond. To view the Caw i'm talking about
