Changing loading screens pictures

Hello

In addition to my other topic, there is one more think I'd like to know.

How can I change the loading screens on the game and the starting screen? I mean instead of the original CM Punk logo  to a custom one. 

I know it's possible because I saw some people that did it. So if anyone can help me It will be great.
