Is It Possible To Use Jumping Heel Kick As a Signature Move?

Guys,

I have been trying to edit Sabu's moveset and I found a moveset http://caws.smacktalks.org/wwe13/643/sabu-moveset: in this set one of the suggested signature moves is Jumping Heel Kick but I dont see where that move can be added when selecting signature moves.

I tried to find it as a finisher and couldnt, I could only find jumping heel kick as a runnung strike move, I know the created moveset advises to throw the opponet into the corner and use the jumping heel kick as a running signature, this isnt possible as I understand this.

Can some one help me here, what am I missing?
