Dumb question from a modding newb

Okay, so I was following oOmckill3rOo's tutorial on youtube (link below) and I was following it pretty well. The resources given in his description had everything I needed up until the closing parts of the video. It said I needed some files, plist360.arc and plist360_4x3.arc. Where do I find these files, are they on my hard drive or online somewhere that I haven't looked? Thank you in advance to anyone who helps, and please don't be too harsh on me, as I am still learning how to do this...

You need a JTAG to be able to do this.

If you have one, rip your WWE '13 to your hard drive using FSD/XEX Menu. Then using FTP, navigate to the "Games" folder on your hard drive and go into the "WWE '13" folder, the arc files are located here.
