Can you send me the .camrec file? Or will you post it in this topic?

Releasing anything that requires people to do anything for themselves is a nightmare. You are constantly bombarded with messages in the thread and over PM when people can't read or misread a step.

As for why people don't release stuff, it's a case of it can take a lot of time and effort to perfect things. Myself, I've got a photoshop action that I can apply to wrestlers to make renders. It took me time and tweaking to make it (I'm still tweaking it too, months later), while others sat around and waited to be told how to do it. I never publicly released because if I can take the time to try things, why can't anyone else? The people that generally get annoyed that things aren't released to them, are the people that can't be bothered to try for themselves.

I definitely agree with this.

I agree. I've had to learn by myself. It was tiring hearing "how do you do it" messages when I'm not done on perfecting it. And then there'd be 100th's of requests in one post. I dont mind them but, 1. I'm not done with my fx yet and 2. I couldn't do 12 in a row like crazy. Half the time, we get no "thanks" or nothing, they just move on to their next request.

At the start you set the Burn tool settings to Shadows and 19%, but what do you set the dodge tool to? I can't seem to see where you're setting it (if you showed it)

Or does it stay the same for both tools?

Thanks for the tutorial. I managed to make a good Tensai render with it and a little of my touches.

I end up with this. Mix of a little bit of your effect and my topaz effect! I also add the white borders!

Nice but some part looks too cartoon, also if you are using Clean then i suggest you to use the curly settings rather than cartoon. But the face is awesome!
