so then the ref not down as long in hex ntsc is 202C36B0 00000000 which would thus make ref stays down longer than normal 202C36B0 00000001 in hex ntsc.....right?

These are PAL codes.

The label said something about how long the ref was down so I set this to "0" to see how it would end up.

i know they were pal, so i converted them to ntsc hex, and was just stating that most 00 codes have 01 to do the opposite to them.....

I have a suggestion. If you're not going to test your own codes, please don't post them. It's very likely that some idiot will copy them and post them at some other site without testing them. The it comes back here and we wind up wasting time explaining that they don't work.
