Copying saves to PC issue?

Hello everyone, this is my first time posting here.

So I'm attempting to apply renders to my CAWs, as well as using PUR3's tool to unlock NPCs/rename characters ect. but my main issue lies in copying my save data from my Xbox memory USB to the computer. See, even without applying any mods to it, the data gets crippled. Several CAWs become corrupted and the game says that the save can't be loaded due to corrupted DLC (something I fixed by keeping DLC on the hard drive), or that the save data itself is corrupted, or that the memory unit is missing. I'm using Modio to extract the data to my desktop. Everything seems to be fine when using various hacking tools (brienj, PUR3, Hacket-T and Arjun's) but again, even completely untouched save files become corrupted at some point in the transfer.

So I came to ask, seeing as I can't find a solution anywhere, if anyone here could help me.

Use Horizon.

I used to use Party Buffalo and there are similar problems with Modio.

Be sure to rehash and resign and don't import the backups.

Just used Horizon to extract the files, put the USB back in and one of my CAWs is corrupted. It wasn't before I pulled it from the console.

I haven't injected anything, only extracted. The files were basically untouched. What gives?

Deleted the corrupted file and started again. Put the modified files onto the USB then onto my hard drive. None were corrupted, yet starting the game tells me that my Created Superstars are corrupted and refuses to load the game 'Load failed! The current storage device could not be found'.

What am I doing wrong guys?

Last bump I guess seeing as no one is responding and I don't want to annoy anyone.

My modified save file created in Arjun's editor works perfectly. But any created superstar modded in PUR3's tool doesn't work at all. His rehash/resigner just stops responding and crashes, which I guess is the problem.

Resign/Rehash with Brienj's tool after saving your IDs in it, it always works.
