Youtube channel design [Request]

What I need is someone that is really good with Photoshop of Picture editing in general, what I basically need is a wallpaper for my Youtube channel, i found a pic on Google:

The picture itself should keep the same size as it is, what I basically want is a black box with red edges on the left side of jerichos head (it should be about 15 cm away from his head, exactly at the throat of the more transperent jericho next to head of the "real jericho" on this pic), in the box should be a little text saying something like "WWE Videos are uploaded every Saturday!" (It should be very short, but shoul perfectly fit in) in white.The box should be about the size of 50% of his head on the picture and should be pretty central next his head, so it should be around the height of his check area.

For my Profile Picture, just be creative, it should say "BrotchMrToast" in it and should have a similiar style like the one fron "WeCaptureTheFrag" or "TeemingTubbyEmu" (u can search for them on Youtube) but not the same.

I know it's not very easy, but I'd VERY thankful for whoever could do this for me If you have any questions ask me here.
