First of all if you don't have Audacity get it, it's totally free !CLICK HERE!

Step 1: Open the song with Audacity (You can import both .mp3 or .m4a)

Step 2: Go to "Effect" > "GVerb"

Step 3: Set in the numbers below. (Credit: Okuabasi)

Roomsize : 250.0

Reverb : 23.6014

Damping : 0.848

Input : 1.0

Dry Signal : -11.27

Early Effect : -20.16

Tail : -31.01

Step 4: Go to "Effect" > Amplify

Step 5: Set "New Peak Aptitude (dB)" to -1.5/Allow Cliping ticked! Or 1.5/Allow Cliping

(You can use both for this setting, it's depends on how loud you want it to be or your TV)

Step 6: Go to "Effect" > Echo (Credit: Righteous)

Delay time (seconds): 0.4

Decay factor: 0.2

Step 7: Export the song as .mp3/128kps

Done!

Any questions ? Leave it in the comments! :)

I think that the arena effect thing is down to personal choice, for example the GVerb settings I use in Audacity are very different but to me they sound much closer to the WWE '13 effect and also don't ruin the enjoyment of the song.
