There's a logo on the cranium (i think it's part of the texture) that really looks off.

I would blend in the logo so it look more natural as Rokaditz eluded to as it really sticks out too much atm. Also i think if you posted just the preview of his face that 2 would help nail things down because in the video close ups to me anyhow the eyes look a tad on the small size
