shiny jackets for shield characters in entrance???

I've noticed sometimes during the entrance cut scene for the shield characters, the jackets have a wierd silvery shiny effect. In gam though the jackets are fine, how do you fix this? I'v resaved the attire and still does it.. it's really annoying.

It's a glitch with the jacket itself. It cannot be fixed. There is another jacket and a belt that do this as well.

i thought so, but sometimes it fixes itself if you go back and re-save the attire, but now i've given them belts the re-save 'fix' doesn't work. was hoping some1 knew a way to permanently fix it, oh well. Thanks for your response anyway appreciate it.
