Mine isn't really an easter egg so to speak, but I loved the taking the lawn gnome with me from Half Life 2 Episode 2 with me throughout the entire game and getting an achievement for it. I thought that was a difficult, yet fun twist to the game. Damn gnome kept falling out of the car when I was driving.
