Over on JRsBarBBQ.com, Jim Ross wrote in his latest blog: "Enjoyed doing some recent work on the new, 2K WWE video game but I'm keeping the creative under wraps. Had a blast, however, I must say." This confirms JR's inclusion in the game in some form, although it will most likely just be for commentary. We do know that he most likely wont feature in Exhibition Mode as the WWE Games team stated last year that it would take too long to record additionally commentary with JR to cover the entire current day roster. The most likely scenario is that JR is back to record commentary for the campaign mode, but what is it? We do know JR worked as a commentator all the way up to 2010 on a fulltime basis, so he could be recording commentary for any point between the end of the last games Attitude Era mode (WrestleMania 15), through to the conclusion of the Attitude Era, The Invasion or Ruthless Aggression Era. I've always wanted a good WWE Game with the modern era, kicking each other @SS off with an epic crowd in Universe mode, and of course Creating stuff! Not perfect but great. 2K is just now taking over so they don't have the time to really implement as many new features as they would Like. VinceRusso Posted May 6, 2013 Share Posted May 6, 2013 (edited) I understand your point of view but raw and smackdown nowadays is nothing compared to those times wwe have the talent yes but they don t know how to use it I am not the typical internet guy that watch a show and judge a wrestler because of others opinions like too much people do around here To be honest with you i think that the internet maybe one of the reasons that nowadays i dont have the same perpesctive of the shows like i use too when i had 10 years for example. Have the build up to the by playing the matches that built up to the main-event of each Wrestlemania. This can include 1 or more for each WM. The story of WWE 12 was great IMO, but the matches were...meh, but I hope that they learned something from the AE mode and that they would make the RTWM better than in the previous years. Other than that I really liked the season mode of the old games. I personally hope for a "GM mode" return, so you can choose between being a superstar (NXT mode possibly,were your superstar gets better and better and so on) and the usuall GM mode(except for the competition between the brands, I'm sure they could find another solution for that) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
