Help Needed: How To Move A Layer On A CAW

I have been trying to add a design to caws trunks, when I select tatoo-design- STAR, and then place on the back of the CAW trunks I select ok.....however the design doesnt stay visible on the caw.

The design is on the caw I go to edit and see the design there I have tried to move the design but I dont know how to do that.....have googled how to fix this, posted on other sites and no luck.

If you can please explain Id appreciate the help.
