CAW Editing Help Needed

I am trying to place a design on a Dusty Rhodes CAW, stars on the back of his trunks.

I chose tatoos, both legs, then the design STARS, I move the design to the back of the CAW to where I want the design to be placed, I then select ok to finish the addition of the design.

The game sorta pauses for a second then the design is gone, if I check the edit layer menu I can see the design as being on the caw only it is not visible.

What am I doing wrong?, how can I layer edit the design and move the design?

If anyone knows why, why is this happening?

If you're trying to put a design on his tights, just go to the tights or underwear and chose them and than click logos and go from there. If you are trying to put a Tattoo on the tights than you can't do that.

Exactly this. You can't tattoo attire unless you use tattoos as clothing parts.
