The Middle Finger Blur

Been a while since I've looked into anything new, but lately I've been trying to see if there was a way to get rid of the blur that comes up with all of Austin's middle finger stuff. I've been looking through a number of .pacs, such as the ones with the in-match textures like the HUDs and all, but have come up with nothing. I'm not even sure if it'd be a texture at all, since it's more of a pixelation effect and not just one standard blur, like the old Billy Gunn taunt in the AKI games. I just wanted to see if anyone has possibly located it or would have any clue at all about it.

Yeah, the problem is that Austin doesn't even show his middle finger, he shows the finger next to the small one (Don't know what it's called in English )

It's not even the middle finger, it's actually the medicinal finger

Sometimes it is, though--like in cutscenes for the Attitude Era mode. I know the taunt has the ring finger up--at least in the Highlight Reel glitch that lets you see it, but it'd still be nice to not have it there at all.
