So this video shows how to get Paint Tools in the game without having a Jailbroken PS3. I was wondering if anyone would know how to do this same process on the 360? It seems like process would be transferable, but I just wonder if anyone would really know how to do it.

No it's not transferable. 360 PT's need a the checksum fixed and it can only be done with a Jtag/RGH system.
