Crotch Blur help!

Ive followed the two tutorials i found while searching through forums but nonehave have helped me get this one spot covered ive used the swap button to move to different layers but none have given me the results i need. Can someone point me in the right direction or tell me what im doing wrong.

u cant do it with pant only trunks

u can do tights but with another way and also u can make singlets but also with another way just read what people posted
