Texturing help

I need help making this:

I have a very basic version of it, with no text or logo, and a straight line instead of a V shape. I'd show you a photo but my computer is being bossy. I can fix the background, but I need help with the logo. How do I make Paint Tools on a external program?

Hell I could probably even knock that up in Photoshop in less than 30 minutes, it's not exactly a difficult image to reproduce.

I looked around, and it said injecting the logo into a Paint Tool file. I didn't see a tutuorial, or a program that did that, so some help with that would be appreciated.

As for external prgm I am guessing you'd be referring to something like paint.net or something along those lines that will then save to hard drive or USB sticks that can be then transferred to gaming console for upload...... Now if you're talking hosting Ps3 based textured to PSN CC there's a whole other process of setting up a dummy profile and save as if you texture then create on same profile on PS3 it will lock you out of it so people just create a sub account strictly to host with then use their normal profiles to download and create actual superstars etc etc with.

Looked at it, but I was worried about something. It said you needed a devkit. Does this work on retail?

You don´t need a dev kit. but you need to fix the PT file in a Hacked 360.

You can´t.

Better go to look info about it, I read that the updates ones can´t be hacked, but that was more than one year ago and the community I think that was working to get success hacking the updates too. But since I´ve got the mine, I´m not worried for that things.

Well, is there anyway else I can add custom PTs? Like modding a save file on a USB drive?

Not here. You´ll need to look in google. But if you had zero experience, better go to a proffesional or probably you´ll break your 360.
