Yes felt the shocks from it and heard the booms.. My hands are shaking so much, so far 2 dead..23 recovering, they even found 2 bombs that didn't go off aand one of them was under the grand stand aka VIP sectionw where at least a few hundred people sit to watch the racers cross the finish line

I've been watching this on Sky News after hearing about it on Facebook. I'll never understand why anyone would do such a thing to innocent people, there's some really sick individuals in this world.

Unreal that you guys were that close to it bros glad you're ok and thoughts there with you ... and it's just sickening that another thing like this has to occur and for what? My heart goes out to those people and their family. Thoughts and prayers to the family's that lost a loved one today as well as the victims who are hurt in the aftermath. Is there no end to this world when it comes to these attacks.

There's not really much for me to say on this except that my thoughts and prayers are with those who were affected by this tragedy.

Last I heard, they hadn't found out who or why, but the police did have a "person of interest" that they were questioning at a hospital.

No person or group has come forward accepting responsibility for this attack, right now looking like some jackass or jackasses did this for attention or for fun(yes there are some people so fucked up this is a good time to them).

Like SG said there was "rumours" they had the suspect in one of the hospitals but that fizzled out and one kid with all black attire and backpack was detained at NEMC hospital but he was released after a search down. Nothing else has been found out right now.

They may have a suspect in custody at this time, a security camera from nearby security camera may have caught at least one.. If this is still a solo attack there has been nothing found as of yet to know if he acted alone or more arrests are coming.

Authorities say one of two suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing is dead and a massive manhunt is underway for another.

Residents of the Boston suburb of Watertown have been advised to keep their doors locked and not let anyone in.

The Middlesex district attorney says the two men are suspected of killing an MIT police officer at the college late Thursday, then stealing a car at gunpoint and later releasing its driver unharmed. Hours earlier, police had released photos of the bombing suspects and asked for the public's help finding them.

Authorities say the suspects threw explosives from the car as police followed it into Watertown. The suspects and police exchanged gunfire and one of the suspects was critically injured and later died.

Police say the suspect on loose is a "terrorist" who "came here to kill people."
